Important Information
- VAT Excluded: All prices are exclusive of VAT @ 20%.
- Service Area: Rates apply to properties within a 6-mile (10 km) radius of Boundary House, W7 2QE. Work outside this area may incur additional charges and must be agreed upon in advance.
- Additional Costs: Parking fees and Congestion Charges may be added as a surcharge. Clients/tenants must arrange special parking permits, if required, before the appointment.
- When acquiring materials: A reasonable time based, on our half-hourly rate, will be added to the
- Out-of Hours are generally reserved for emergencies: Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificates and boiler services can be arranged at a 50% increased rate
- No Access Fee: If access to the property cannot be gained upon the engineer’s arrival, a No Access fee of up to 50% of the call-out charge may apply, depending on location.
- Discounts for Multiple Properties:
- 10% off for 2–5 properties
- 15% off for 6–10 properties
- 20% off for 11–20 properties
Applicable to landlord certificates and boiler services in a single building completed within one visit.
- Out of Hours Work: Fixed-price works/inspections are valid during business hours. Weekend and out-of-hours services may be arranged upon request and will incur additional charges.
- Free Quotes: We offer free quotes for:
- Boiler replacements
- System upgrades
- Radiator replacements
- Any work expected to exceed £500 + VAT
- Parts & Materials: Materials/parts required for the job will be quoted prior to ordering. All work and parts are guaranteed (subject to manufacturers’ terms and conditions).
- Business Hours: Business hours are Monday to Friday, with first calls at 09:00 and last calls at 16:00.
